Do you need to exchange the product or change the size?
All Classic footwear products should initially be a very tight fit.
Incorrect goods ordered or incorrect sizes can be exchanged.
(Equestrian products are made to order and cannot be exchanged free of charge.)
Classic New Zealand is not responsible for the return postage charges or any additional postage for the replacement goods. All Classic Sheepskin products are final sale. In addition, all clearance items are final sale.
If you order the incorrect size or product this can be exchanged using the form below. If you exchange for a product of lesser value store credit will be given. If the exchange product is of greater value, you will have to pay the difference.
Shipping cost back to you will be at the discretion of Classic NZ.
Is the product faulty or different to what was described or pictured?
All Classic New Zealand products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. A full credit or refund will be given upon return of faulty goods if they cannot be made good to your satisfaction. This does not however relate to fair wear or tear. We do not give refunds on returns for incorrect goods ordered however they can be exchanged. If the product is faulty, not what was expected, or an incorrect product was delivered please fill out the form and return to the address below. Please contact us on email@example.com for a return delivery label.
