Susan Samms AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! First, I live in the US and I placed my order on May 28 and it arrived on June 2 from New Zealand. We were so impressed. I wasn't sure what color so I ordered ivory. After a few minutes, I realized I ordered the wrong color and sent an e-mail to change the color to Honey. Within an hour I was sent an e-mail informing me the change was done. Once again, we were very impressed. On June 2nd the rug arrived and upon opening the box, not only did we have the right color but the rug it self was beautiful and we could not have been happier. This company has a great customer relation process and I will order again.
