Policies & Shipping

Shipping
We ship to a wide variety of countries around the world. Most items are shipped within one working day. Delivery within New Zealand and Australia (excluding Western Australia) is normally 1-5 working days. Delivery anywhere else in the world including west coast of Australia is within 5-15 working days. Shipping and order fulfillment times will vary more through the Christmas and New Year period. All shipments are sent via a tracked service. Your tracking number will be sent through either automatically via email or directly through the website which you will be notified about. Please check junk/spam email inboxes if you don’t receive it. We use NZ Post for all international shipments. Using NZ post means that the parcel is passed off to other companies once the shipment arrives in the destination country. This means you can track your item on more than one tracking link. For these main destinations please use these links once your parcel arrives in the destination country.
Stocking
As we are our own manufacturer we sometimes have items available on our website that are not in stock. This includes larger higher value items and some lines of footwear during peak periods. If you place an order for an item we don't have in stock we will get onto making it immediately and fulfil once it is completed. Some items have the average lead time noted on the individual product page.
Payment & Pricing
Please note that all default prices are listed in New Zealand currency. Our website may detect where you’re accessing from an automatically convert the currency to that which is standard in your country. We accept credit card payment (visa, mastercard) and Paypal. Your card will be billed in New Zealand Dollars at an exchange rate decided by your Credit Card Company or Payment provider. The legal trading name for Classic payments is Classic New Zealand Limited. Other payment options available by contacting us.
Classic New Zealand reserves the right to change prices at any time. Our product is seasonal, and some price fluctuations may occur.
UK Customers
Due to the changes to online shopping rules as a result of Brexit VAT will be charged on all orders under £135.00. We will then send your parcel via a VAT and Duty paid service. This shipment will be handled by NZ post. These changes have also caused delays when shipments arrive at the UK and pass-through customs. All orders over £135.00 we are not required to collect VAT on. However, these will incur Duty costs once they enter the UK. You will be required to pay these Duty costs before the shipment is released for delivery.
