Deryl N. This is my third pair of Kea boots and I am happy with the boot itself, as always. However, I buy them because of the pull-tab at the back, which makes it easier to put them on with my bad back. When they arrived, I was surprised to see no pull-tab. I phoned the company, thinking they had sent me the wrong boots, and was told they no longer fit the pull-tab on the Kea boots. The person I spoke to was entirely unsympathetic to my point about how I had ordered these boots because the tab makes it easier to put the boots on. She made no offer to refund or replace the boots because they are not as shown on the website photo. I didn’t insist because I do need new boots and I will just have to put up with them. But I wanted to warn other purchasers who may be relying on the pull-tab if they have back issues like me..
